After my appointment, how soon should I expect an estimate?

After your appointment, we strive to email you your estimate within 24 hours. On some projects we may take up to 48 hours.

Do I have to make a down payment or deposit for you to start any work?

No down payment or deposit is required. Once you receive your estimate and you are comfortable with moving forward with the estimate, call us and we will schedule your project.

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, cash payments, debit or credit cards. There are additional processing fees for any card transaction.

Who do I make out my check to?

Please write checks to: LaRock Construction LLC. Checks can be given to your project foreman or project manager for processing.

Can I request changes once you have started?

Absolutely. If there is anything you want to change let us know as soon as possible. We will inform you of any additional charges if they apply.

Is there a warranty with the services you perform?

Yes, we do work weekends. Saturdays are guaranteed unless we have an emergency arise. Sundays are tentative depending on the project schedule.

What can I do to help you with my project?

Help us ensure your project is finished the best possible manner by controlling the environment or surrounding areas. In cold months, keep the work area warm around 72-78F. The joint compound contains water, and it is important to not let the joint compound freeze otherwise you will see issues down the road.

When is the best time to contact you?

We try to make ourselves available all the time, however in certain rural areas we may not have service. In that instance, leave us a voicemail, email, or text and we will contact you as soon as possible.

What should I expect during my estimate appointment?

During your estimate, all you have to do is lead us into the work area and tell us what you would like to have completed. We will ask a few questions for clarity and will take mearsurements.

What should I expect while you work on my project?

We are a self-managing team. All you have to do is lead us into the work area to begin work. We will need access to electricity, and water. Once we are done for the day we will email you about what was completed, our next visit, and what is remaining from our services later in the evening.

Do I have to take time off?

No, as long as you leave us a key hidden some where on your home, or if you leave the back door open, we can go in, complete our work for the day, and email you the day's progress report. Save your vacation for family time.
